Tips on Retaining Good Employees

Unemployment levels are low and due to boarder restrictions, businesses are having a hard time getting and retaining great employees. No one wants your business to suffer or customer service to falter. Here are a few tips and giveaway ideas to keep staff happy and moral high.

1. Be Flexible

Work with your employees’ schedules whether that means working from home, different hours in the office, job sharing etc. Also think about their personal life schedules and give them tools to keep it all together. Items like notebooks , memo pads and erasable notepads

2. Incorporate Fun

These can be stressful times so make time for plenty of breaks and fun activities. Puzzles, games, daily quiz games people play will give them needed breaks. 3. Encourage Creativity

More seminars are given these days on how to build a positive business culture and how to get and retain great employees.
